"We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. "A lovely villa that could offer so much more with a little TLC. Advertised as having oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher had none of these. Very basic kitchen with a fridge freezer and hob. Issue with water at the villa - on three occasions we had no running water from 9pm until the next morning. Electrics kept tripping too. "requested single beds in one of the rooms the host said they would do that but didn't get them, had to use the pull out bed in the living room so had to request extra bedding, there was nothing at all for us to do any cleaning, had to get the maintenance in as we had no hot water, and only one key so this was a problem if we went out in two groups, the site was not kept as clean as it was when we have previously stayed there, but saying that we like the apartment and the area it was in."

"Property was ok. Rooms were good. Far too many steps which was not publicised. Made it very difficult to get around. Most staff were lovely. Found food choice a little bit limiting. On the whole good but sadly will not return "

"We stayed for 2 nights at Karras Hotel. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on resting and enjoying their room & amenities. Our room had several issues: - water from the main drain in the bathroom was constantly backfilling after showers and flooding not only the bathroom but also our room. We had to move our things around and put down towels to prevent the water from ruining our things. - leaking pipping under the sink, all our towels were wet with dirty water - phone in room not working - supporting mirror in bathroom loosely fixed to the wall, can easily fall and hurt someone or break the main mirror We notified the staff of some of these issues during our stay, we could only temporarily have another room to shower and come back to our original room. When we checked out we notified the staff of all these issues and they didn’t write down any of these problems. The only positives: - price point - location "

"A delightful stay. We loved all the choices for sun loungers, from around the pool, to seating overlooking the beach and on the beach itself. The breakfast was one of the best and from 7.30 to 11.00, and with unlimited barista coffees both hot and iced, was a great start to the day. The pool was never crowded, and a top infinity pool. The beach is also special, uncrowded and with a sandy bottom you don't need rock shoes. Thanks to the amazing team who work hard to make this a very special place."
