“Hi, This is our second time stay at Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie. However, our experience this time isn't that good. 1. The bathroom sink had lots of moles and dirt. I tried using a toothbrush to scrub it and they were removable. 2. There were lots of dusts on the air ventilators. 3. The air conditioner wasn't functioning properly. Half of the room was very hot while the other half of the room was very cold. My girls were sweating while they were sleeping because there was no air conditioning……

“The lavatory and shower room is separated. We cannot put dirty and clean clothes inside the shower room and it is very inconvenient. It is better to change the shower room to bathtub and combine with the closet as on room.. The laundry service is good with 3 machines. The JR station nearby is not convenient for large luggage. There is only stairs for going up and down.”

“Clean and modern hotel and room. The in-room washing machine is the key reason for my choice. There is also a microwave oven in the room too. Good room space for similar hotel range. Easy to get to Haneda airport. The station exit (elevator access) is right nearby but there is a flight of staircase to the platform after entering the station which is a bit small.”

“Its a nice and clean hotel very typical of APA hotels across Tokyo, Just one complain on my recent stay as the room that we check in first gave me sore back once I woke up the next morning, maybe the mattress is quite old and used up that's why so I asked the front desk if we can change the mattress, they said they can't which I found it weird as its just a mattress and its easy to change it. Instead they asked us to change rooms which is fine but still quite annoying as we need to pack our……

“I like everything about the hotel, the staffs are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, it probably doesn't have the food range of a 5 star hotel, but it was decent and has everything we need, especially the green, cleansing the body starting from the morning.”
