建物は新しくとても綺麗に整備されています。
今回は雨でＢＢＱができませんでしたが広めのデッキにＢＢＱコンロなど整っています。
キッチンはＩＨ、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、エアコン、洗濯機全て揃っています。
薪暖炉を使えば寒い日でも暖かく過ごせます。
２階寝室のドアの立て付けが悪く湿気を帯びると木が膨張して閉まりませんσ(^_^;)それと、ハンガー掛けがなく脱いだ上着など保管する設備が必要かと思います。"

"部屋は小さいけど全部揃えっています。しばらく入居していないの関係か、下水道から少し匂うが漂っています。窓少し開けて通気すれば問題ありません。感動したのは、着いたには18時半ぐらいです。暗い寒い中、部屋の電気とエアコンをつけてくれました。とっても暖かく感心しました。夏になったまたお願いしょうかと思います。"

"とても静かでゆったりとした心地よい時間が過ごせて良かったです。
諸事情により、急遽、宿泊させていただきましたが、快く受け入れて下さり、感謝しています。
急遽、受け入れていただいたのもあるかと思いますが、古い物件でしたので、家具、建具、備品、お部屋、寝具等々は湿気をおびていて、清潔感に関しては良いとはいえませんでした。
ただ、かなり、広い物件で合宿等の多人数で宿泊するのには、お得な宿泊先だと思います。
各寝室に扇風機、リビングにサーキュレーターはありますが、エアコンがない？ので、真夏でも涼しい立地で問題ありませんでしたが、リビングにいる時はサーキュレーターと各部屋の扇風機をフル稼働しました。"
