"This hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to the ferry port. It is walking distance to the bus station. The dinner buffet was excellent. There were many varieties of food. Our room was clean and faced Lake Akan. A great place to stay!"

"It's a very quiet part of the town but as breakfast is included. It made the stay more manageable. It is very near the cruise ships and the rooms were very comfortable. There's also a good selection of laundry and onsen facilities. Wouldn't mind staying here again. "

"This is the best hotel we have stayed at so far! The room was definitely spacious especially based on our experience in Japan! Each of the two beds was full size very comfortable for both of us. Bed linen and towels were of good quality. Room was clean and service was attentive. The hotel staff (reception and concierge)were bery polite and tried to be as helpful as they could despite the language barrier. With google translate we were able to accomplish all we wanted. The breakfast buffet had both Japanese items and western stuff, very good. We are extremely pleased with this hotel and their provisions. Definitely recommend it and will stay here again if we come back to Kushiro!"

"The overall experience of my stay is terrible: there are molds in the bathtub; the toothbrushing cup was used as cigarette trash tray by previous occupant and was not replaced when we move in; the washbasin is jammed; the sewer make noises randomly the whole night; the receptionists and staff barely speaks English. The only good things of the hotel are exterior view and food. "
