"Hotel reopened two days prior to our stay. Barry, the property owner, greeted us upon our arrival and explained that there was everything we may need in the lobby: coffee, tea, water, snacks etc. Our room and king sized bed was very comfortable. "I booked through Hotels.com which told me I would owe $80 at the property for two rooms. When I got there I was charged $66 for each room. I was told that they have not been receiving the taxes that Hotels.com had charged therefore they needed to charge me. When I pointed out that that is an issue between them and Hotels.com they said they understood but needed to charge me, which they did . I then asked for receipts and was told they would be emailed to me. 4 days and 2 calls later I still have not received anything"

"Not a cheap place ! Let’s start with the smell - strong marijuana smell, and we were traveling with 11 yers old kid. Not family friendly. The room wasn’t clean, everything outdated. We couldn’t close the bathroom door all the way. Misleading advertising. The website stated there is a free breakfast and free Wi Fi. Well, none of that. “ Free breakfast “ was coffee and hot water. No toasters, no bread. None. “ Free Wi Fi” is only if you sign up for a membership, if not you have to pay. And more… the hotel is infected by rodents. I was standing in a middle of my room and a mouse ran right in front of me across the room right under my bed. I came to the front desk to ask for help. I got no help, but a staff member told me they know about it, they have rodents all over the place. And no, they didn’t offer to return my money, I didn’t get a different room. We were hardly sleeping our last night, unfortunately we couldn’t leave right away."

"Very comfortable and clean. Great location. Able to walk to center, shops, farmer’s market ,etcHost was very responsive. Downstairs bedroom suite was lovely, but had many stairs leading to it We were unable to use the deck due to bad weather. Still, it was nice to be able to view the yard from the large living room windows"

"Comfortable, clean, easy to find, had everything we needed. Couldn't enjoy the cute little back yard with hammock and hot tub due to rain, but it looked very nice. Bar right next door also looked fun (though didn't go inside, but the crowd was tame and everyone seemed to be having a good time--could see it from the little balcony). One thing for renters to note--there are two driveways and I was informed I should park in the one on the right. When I left during the day, someone else parked in that spot. Hosts said it was ok for me to park in the other spot, to the left of the house, but that one was taken. There was street parking available nearby so it wasn't a big deal, but be prepared to not have access to the parking space--our car was fine on the street overnight."
