The condo is spacious and beautiful. It is immaculately clean and well maintained and sits on beautiful Bear Lake behind the Lake Club Community Building and pool with a postcard view of the lake. Almost everything we needed was provided save the bathroom toiletries and cream and sugar for the Keurig coffee maker which was just odd given the attention to detail elsewhere. What we did not know-and you should -is that this is a very remote Resort with no cellphone service. There is wi-fi and GPS is on and off. I mention this because these roads are the steepest and windyest I've ever driven on. At night there are no street or overhead lights. Dangerous if you are out after dark ( just don't). Because of this we got lost a lot-at night and during the day. This is such a spectacular and special place but it needs to seriously reconsider guest safety. We need many more exit signs that state the route back to the Greeters Cottage along the 5 mile exit road OR stripe the exit route in green vs. the current yellow everywhere to distinguish.

A beautiful condo in a beautiful setting! We loved our stay! Had everything we needed in this fully stocked home, including coffee, high quality bedding and mattresses, and fluffy towels. The amenities at the Lake House were also perfect with a gorgeous pool area and lake front and yummy food at the restaurant, bar, and the food truck at the Pro Shop. The staff at the Reserve Guest House, Lake House, and Pro Shop were friendly and helpful. The condo owners were also helpful and responsive. We will be returning to Bear Lake Reserve and this condo for our next mountain getaway! 10/10!

Lovely Property

Property was clean, fresh, and as described in the listing. If you've stayed at Bear Lake before you know how spread out the property is. These condos are located very close to the Lake Club and pool which was very nice. We didn't have any problems during our stay. My only complaint about the property is the window treatments on the master bedroom windows do not cover the entire window and there is a door to the porch in the bedroom with glass and no blinds or anything. If you don't sleep well with light you will be up quite early as the sun rises from that direction and shines right in the window on the door. They should really consider adding a shade to the door and replacing the window blinds with something that actually covers the entire window. Otherwise this property is very nice and we would definitely stay here again.
