Traveling healthcare professionals - this is a great option for you! Fully furnished studio apartment with access to large back patio with comfortable furniture and large gas grill. Indoor space include a full-size bed, large screen smart TV, wireless internet, bathroom with shower, sink, and desk. Studio is attached to owner-occupied main house, with complete privacy and separate entrance. Access to owner's laundry facility available. This is a 55-plus community, and includes access to amenities such as golf, swimming pools, pickleball/tennis courts and fitness center.

Helpful and compassionate owner
The property was as shown. Partially indoor space and partially outdoor space within a quaint little courtyard. Very comfortable bed! Perfect for someone visiting the nearby park or traveling for work. The surrounding properties are quite close together so if you're working nights, bring along a pair of noise canceling headphones. There is some neighborhood noise inherent to most communities, this is no different in that respect. I did have an issue while I was there and Linda was amazing. I can't say enough about how great of a host she was in my experience.
