We had a great time at the casablanca home. The home is very well furnished and very comfortable. House is in a quiet neighborhood, but very centrally located and very easy to get around. The outdoor area was great and would be great for a girls weekend or group trip! Would stay again.

Family Vacation

This house is as advertised and BEYOND! The layout, designer touches, furniture, pool, multiple outdoor spaces for gathering, beautiful view from backyard, and everything in between are all magnificent. The house was spotless and well-stocked, beds were all comfortable (including foldout!), and there’s so much space to spread out and enjoy for all ages. Will absolutely book again!

This house is immaculately clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the back patio and pool are luxurious. Perfect home for one or two couples. Small complaint is that the HVAC unit makes quite a bit of noise when it runs, but that is not often so not a big deal.

The property was neat, clean and well-equipped. Great back patio with pool and view of the mountains. Only issue was, for such a nice property, it needed towels that you can’t see through. Otherwise, would rent Casablanca Retreat again in an instant.

Outstanding Home; Property Management Disappointing

We enjoyed this stunning home; however, the property management company let us down, over and over. We brought a few issues to their attention - one being the masterbath shower did not drain properly. They asked for a "picture of the garbage." We clarified the issue was the shower drain. They asked us to "ensure the pilot is lit at the bottom of the water heater." When we corrected them again, they again asked for a "picture of the garbage can." We refrained from using the masterbath shower for half of our stay because we didn't want it to overflow - and the property management company did not provide a solution. Our stay was a week; these issues were reported on Monday AM and every time that we inquired about the status, we were told the local team had "been informed." They never replied back to us. We checked out on Thursday. After we told them we had checked out, they said they would escalate the issue with the local staff. The prop mgmt co. also said they would put in a ticket for compensation for us not being able to use the master shower for half our stay, and the response should be within 24 hours. Well, it's been over 2 weeks. We never heard a thing.

Fabulous home and back yard!

This home and back yard was absolutely fabulous! The home was immaculately clean and had nice touches and details to make everyone comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need from a variety of baking dishes, blender, waffle maker and nice selection of pots and pans. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. We loved the back yard! We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and multiple areas for seating. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it was beautiful. Would definitely come back again!

The perfect Arizona Oasis !

Words cannot describe how wonderful our vacation was. This property was everything. Easily the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Fully equipped with everything you need. Oil, spices, all the cooking essentials. This makes a huge impact when travelling ! My one piece of feedback would be the bedrooms need dressers for those of us who like to unpack ! We will be back, thank you !

Casablanca Stay

The house is absolutely beautiful. The layout is perfectly designed for an active family. The designer is super talented. The decor is beautiful and sensible. The bedrooms are perfect and the bedding is top shelf. The outdoor space is just unreal. Pool is beautiful, sitting areas are nicely appointed and very functional. Casablanca is a great house for any family, especially if you have dogs. My two chihuahuas don’t like to walk on stones, so there is astroturf for them to take care of business. Very well thought out property.
