The Catalina mountains as a dramatic canvas and the city of Tucson spread out below, residents of Skyline Villas will enjoy a location where everything is within easy reach. This beautiful designer Modern condo is located in the heart of desirable Tucson foothills cluster which is known as the best district in town occupied by professionals. Relax on your private covered patio, take a dip in the sparkling pool, or walk on over to La Encantada and enjoy some of Tucson's finest dining and shopping. It is near many beautiful Tucson golf courses and hiking & biking trails.

This 2nd floor condo was fully renovated with high-end finishes and is an ideal location for any type of activity in Tucson.
Many upgrades: granite kitchen, all new furniture, new kitchen and bath fixtures and cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, and all the dishes, appliances, utensils, linens, towels you could want to enjoy. Smart Roku television for streaming your favorite shows. A free YouTubeTV subscription is included so you can enjoy local channels, NFL football, and hours of free streaming content. This location was great! Easy access to Univ of AZ, Finger Rock trail head, Mt. Lemmon, grocery, restaurants and shopping. The decor of the condo was so cute, absolutely loved the kitchen tile backsplash and mornings in the front sitting room, (aka the sun room to me). We also enjoyed using the hot tub in the evening, it was super close by and the temp was perfect! Not one of those blazing hot ones you can barely get in, and the star gazing was amazing.

The location and accommodations are perfect for what we are looking for. Just one small suggestion. With the great views of the city and mountains, we noticed that the windows had a haze to them. Which would stand out so much more. Otherwise, everything is perfect. Thank you!

Loved the condo and how it was updated looked styled. The location was great as we enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Our host was friendly and prompt with reply when we had an issue with the smoke detector. This was a perfect rental for us and will surely stay here again.

Beautiful Catalina and Tucson views

Great location close toLa encantada with pool, tennis, and view of the Catalina mountains. We especially enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the deck and listening to and watching all of the desert birds. The condo was very clean and well appointed in a very nice condo complex. Five stars!

The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely located. Only two minor issues: the lack of a Pyrex measuring cup, and the absence of a user friendly television setup. There was too much to figure out to watch a program. The YouTube TV required my subscribing to it.

Beautiful Condo

Location was great, and condo was really well maintained and clean. I really enjoyed staying there. My only issue was the WiFi was spotty so I had to watch TV on my phone instead of the TV. Otherwise I did not have any problems and didn’t need to contact the owner.
