This was one of the easiest and well-appointed stays we have ever had. It suited our needs exactly, was convenient to downtown and campus and was also full of interesting art and chocolate! House Erica and property were both wonderful!

OMG - the entire holistic experience was beyond expectations. This property reflected a life time collection of pieces that deserve to be in a museum or throughout my own home. Friendly, communicative host - 5 stars aren’t enough

outstanding carriage house near U of A campus
Erica is an amazing property manager and provides updated information on what is happening in Tucson. We felt as if we had a friend in town. The carriage house is a wonderful space to venture forth and see Tucson. You can walk the U of A campus, catch the streetcar to downtown, hike the safe neighborhood, etc. There is a private courtyard to do work, which also has a nice grill. We didn't cook much but the enjoyed the local restaurants. We stayed for 10 days and would have liked to stay longer! We had zero issues with the property and Erica even kindly allowed us an early check-in. Great VRBO experience!

Nice getaway
The unit was comfortable, welcoming, and lovingly decorated with Southwestern art. We enjoyed having breakfast on the cute sun porch. Erika was friendly, extremely helpful and provided us with lots of information about things to do in Tucson. The only issue we had, as seniors, was maneuvering the stairs going up to the unit. We would consider a downstairs unit in the future.

Fun Place in Tucson
I loved everything about this property. The owne has thoughtfully and tastefully decorated this upstairs space, complete with a screened room, perfect for late summer mornings and evenings. Super easy check-in and out. I hope to come back to Tucson in the winter and stay at Ericka's villa!

Property owner, Erica, has decorated her carriage house with wonderful antiques and treasures. The house had every amenity one would need. Close to U of A in the Historic neighborhood of Sam Hughes. Air conditioning is quiet and works well. Erica was accommodating , professional and helpful. We will be back!

Tortuga is one of three properties at the same location you can rent from Erika and after she gave me a tour of all three I definitely want to return to stay in all of them! I was very pleased with the location, amenities, price, and communication with the host. This is a beautiful property that is lovingly cared for. Highly recommend

I so enjoyed staying at this cozy property. The Southwestern decor was truly amazing, and the porch and patio areas were so nice. I didn't have a car, but walked to Flora's for groceries and a breakfast - highly recommend. My host, Erica, was wonderful and replied promptly to my inquiries.

Wonderful place to stay!
This was a beautiful spot decorated with eclectic furniture, southwestern art and a very comfortable bed! The porch was a great place to eat lunch and dinner. The location is very handy to many local attractions and restaurants. Erica, the host, promptly responded to all questions and requests. She shared all her ideas and resources with us. We would absolutely return to Erica's VRBO!

We loved our six days in the Villa Blanca Tortuga. It's in a great and safe neighborhood, walking distance to good restaurants, the university, and 4th Avenue. It's a cozy little nest full of interesting art and the most comfy king size bed I've even slept in!

Comfy Perch in Tucson
We enjoyed a terrific stay over a few days at this property in the Sam Hughes neighborhood in Tucson. Easy walk to the U of A campus, and to some great little restaurants, and it has a private patio perfect for quiet contemplation of one's beer or margarita. The hosts made it very easy to come and go, and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

It was a 1920’s casita, well furnished, very clean and decorated in the southwestern style. Owner provides detailed yon getting to the site. I wii use again when I return to Tucson.

Apartment is well-situated next to the UA Campus. There are several good restaurants close by and easy to walk to. There is also a Safeway within walking distance. Downtown is a short drive or a long walk. The place was well-stocked with kitchen items, towels, and toilet paper. We enjoyed eating out on the screened-in porch in the morning.

This was a great location, close to campus and local stores. We stayed here while we moved our daughter into an apartment. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and the ac units kept it very comfortable. We will stay here again for sure.

Lovely place, great courtyard with gas grill. The casita is comfortable, has everything you need to cook with huge fridge, nice gas oven. Erica was great. Responsive and available for anything. This place is adorable and livable. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed it every day

This old carriage house is quite sweet. The property manager is personable and excellent. Location excellent walkability. An older person should be aware all steps do not have banister. I am 72 and had no problem. A friend of mine struggled with stairs.
