Was a clean more modern property for Tucson. Room was modern and clean. Very convenient for a wildcat event day.shops and food and campus were all near by. Parking was free for the weekend . Staff was nice enough to hold our luggage but it would have been nice to be able to check in earlier than 3 . Breakfast buffet was ok for the price. A bit noisy at night because your door faces the atrium but it settled down.

Bathroom was very gross. There was still hair on the ground from whoever was in that room before. The shower was iky and had mildew in the corners. I did not want to shower without shower shoes and even then, it so not pleasant. The room was so warm and when we called the front desk to get it fixed, no one answered. Between the warm room and the noise late at night from the bars I could not sleep. The room itself was nice but the bathroom not so much. On top of the details I previously describe, there was weird bubbles in the corners of the walls and the paint was peeling and look funny. I wouldn’t stay here again. When I checked out, I was never even asked how my stay was

Crazy expensive - $450 a night!
Our flight was cancelled and we were devastated that the delay caused us to miss the UofA men’s basketball game. The young man at the front desk could tell we were exhausted when we arrived at 11pm and kindly gave us a room on the “quiet side” of the building so that we could get a good nights rest. It was much appreciated!

Location is the best attribute of this hotel. If you are in Tucson for the U of A, the location cannot be beat. However, we stayed on the eastern side of the hotel and it was VERY noisy. Friday and Saturday we were blasted by the restaurants below and the garbage trucks in the adjacent alley. Sunday night was quieter, but we were still awoken by a loner driving through with stereo blasted at 3 am. Otherwise, self park was easy, hotel was clean, desk staff were courteous. Would recommend, just bring some earplugs.

Great hotel and location
Our flight was delayed, luggage retrieval took forever and our rental car was over an hour wait. We got into the hotel several hours passed our check in time and was met by Ivan who was kind and understanding. He got us checked in and got us our garage pass. Our room was a 2 queen bed on the 6th floor. It was quiet, comfy and clean. Housekeeping refreshed our towels and I was asked multiple times throughout our 3 night stay by different employees if our stay and room was ok. Location is perfectly close to U of A, multiple restaurants and coffee spots. This is a college town so expect college activities and energy on Friday and Saturday nights. Didn’t bother us one bit and we slept well. Will be back again and will recommend this to our friends traveling to the area!

Save water!
We love the location for attending U of A events. It's right in the middle of the city and you have easy access to restaurants. I was disappointed that this hotel in the desert ignored our towels that were hung (following the instructions on the card left in the room). Our towels were replaced every day. We don't replace linens daily at home and don't expect that to be done when we travel. PLEASE save water and follow the lead of guests who hang towels, rather than leaving them on the floor.

A great hotel stay!!
The location is excellent for a stay in Tucson, especially if you are visiting U of AZ. The hotel is welcoming with its large, bright lobby. The check in process was smooth and very friendly. The gym is very well equipped and maintained. The equipment is top shelf and plenty of it. The room Was large and comfortable. The beds and linens are great and the options for seating and lighting are more than sufficient.

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep at night!
Absolutely terrible. Didn’t sleep at all. Noise from street until early morning hours then trash pick up at 4am. Staff not sympathetic to our complaints.

I liked the convenience of the location. The rooms are large. The noise from the lobby can be loud if there is a big group gathering.
