"Beautiful property, stunning views, very helpful staff - thank you for an amazing, peaceful stay!"

"Had a lovely experience"

"Sinclair's is an older, well-maintained, and attractive property, with beautiful views of Kanchenjunga. The street leading up to it is steep, and then are stairs leading up to the hotel and more to the rooms (no lift), so you need to be all right with that. (We're over 70 and had no problem.) The staff is lovely and go out of their way to help you. "Loved it and the staff were great."

"It was an amazing experience.. The hotel is a very good location near the mall road. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is very decently designed but the only issue we had was the mattress there. Otherwise really good property for the price we paid. highly recommended"

"Excellent in every respect."

"Rooms were clean, staffs were amazing and great location."

"It's a nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The mountain view room with balcony is spacious. However, the restaurant serves pure vegetarian food, no eggs are offered for breakfast."

"Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling...

"Well maintained. Good customer service."

"The resort very is nicely maintained including garden and well kept rooms. A very very courtious staff. Though the food is average but , considering the town, its better than other places."

"The place has a heritage feel, the staff is courteous and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious with the staff even making adjustments for baby. Staff deserves all the appreciation!! Only thing that the first image of the garden on Expedia is still under construction hence adjust expectations accordingly."

"We had a wonderful stay in a marvelous tea estate. The staff was very welcoming and friendly."
