Great place to stay

The home was clean and there were instructions throughout to use thermostat etc. Nearby restaurants and grocery stores and 45 minutes from Sequoia National Park. The team was easy to reach if we had any questions.

Great place

Hello. I enjoyed my stay and the home is very nice. I was in town for my grandson’s graduation. The place was what I needed to relax and visit with my family. The air conditioning made the home very comfortable. A few small items for your review: The outlets in master bathroom do not work. I had not received and communication regarding check in. I send 2 messages and did not get any response from the property manager. I called the VRBO phone number and found out the 2nd payment had not been charged even though I had it on file. The customer service representative was excellent and I got the instructions right away. I’m not sure why no one had responded to my messages. Overall, this is a lovely home and met my needs. Thank you.

A few tweaks would make this a 5 star

The property is as pictured, clean, roomy and plenty of seating and space for a group of folks. There were a few small things that would have made this a 5-star stay rather than a 4-star. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work. (I don't know if it was the remote or the television or what, but we couldn't get anything to work other than to turn it on.) The Wifi didn't work either. Clearly, the TV in the main room had access to the internet, but the WiFi and code didn't work on our tablets. Not sure if maybe they switched wireless providers and forgot to update the signage with wireless information? The kitchen utensils were spotty. For instance, there's a coffee maker, but the pot was missing. (There's also a Keurig, but I greatly prefer making a whole pot.) There are few pots and pans if you wanted to make a big meal, you'd need to figure out how to do it with only two pans. The home is lovely. The location provides easy access to all the area has to offer, and the bed was so comfortable! Thanks again for the great stay.
