“Room had stuffy, mildew odor. Went to store and bought air fresheners. Sticky residue on dresser top. Bathroom tub drained slowly when taking shower.
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just okay. nothing noteworthy. Juice machine was out of order.
Only stayed one night so tolerated inconveniences.”

“The bathtub drained slowly while using the shower. The toilet seat was missing a bolt to hold it in place (this was a huge safety hazard). The sink faucet wasn't securely fastened to the sink. It rotated side to side.”

“My room was clean, and the staff was professional and polite. I had access to both air conditioning, and it was working during some hours when it was hot. And overall, my stay was comfortable. If I come back to Tennessee, I would make my stay there again and recommend anyone who needs to plan for a budget stay.”

“What a journey! Arrived and received the keys around 2pm. Went to our room for a nap when someone walks in with a dog and said this was his room. We receive a call from front desk asking who we are. We get up and pull back covers only to find blood on the sheets then go to check in desk. We were supposed to be on the third floor but was checked in on 2nd floor. For our inconvenience we were given two free dinners at their location. We proceeded to our new room and we arrive the key didn't work.……
