“This property is newly remodeled and you can feel the love and personal attention given to the remodel. The property history is in the binder for the property. I love the setting at the base of the mountain close to a creek, surrounded by a field of horses, to be very relaxing!! It was close to the caverns for a concert! It was Clean and had all the basic supplies you may need for a stay. I would love to return one day!”

“I booked this property because it had a five-star rating and reviews describing it as very clean. However, each morning when I woke up, I found German roaches crawling in the kitchen. I also discovered what appeared to be blood stains on one of the pillows. I reported the problems and asked to be refunded for the remaining days so I could move to a clean rental, but my request was denied. I ended up leaving because I did not feel comfortable staying there. I do not believe I should have to pay……

“This was a lovely little place. I stayed in it with my daughter and a friend of hers because they wanted to go to music festival down the road. The house I had a couple of questions during the day, and the host was really receptive and friendly. I would return. Definite recommend! It’s cozy, but that’s the way we liked it. “Our stay was extremely disappointing and was impacted by several maintenance and safety issues.When we arrived, there was no propane for the grill, even though the grill was listed as an amenity. I had to go purchase propane myself, only to find that the grill still did not work properly.There were ants on the kitchen counters upon arrival. While I understand that some bugs can be expected in Tennessee, finding ants inside the home was frustrating. The children’s bedroom also had three……
