"This was a cute little property right by the Opera. It is somewhat of an odd setup and a little outdated, but it was cozy and served all of our needs. It was a great location. Would stay here again. "

Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city. "I stayed for four nights and had a wonderful visit! Staff was there when I needed them, my room was cleaned daily and the location was perfect! There were restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, an elevator, places to shop at and the 43 and 44 tram line literally stop outside your front door! It was like haviiong my own apartment for my whole trip. Free WiFi that worked very well, ensuite bathroom that had a large shower, with toiletries included, a television (though I rarely watch TV on...

"Es gab kein WLAN wegen Problemen mit dem Anschluß. Soweit okay, aber keine Ermäßigung. Ein Problem mit der Dusche wurde umgehend beseitigt. Ein TV (defekt?) stand neben dem Bett auf dem Boden rum, was einem das Gefühl gab, in einer Kammer zu schlafen. Die Betten waren okay. Keine Seife zum händewaschen vorhanden. Very good hotel just across the railway station

"The only disappointing aspect was the overpriced bar. A simple cup of hot water with a tea bag cost nearly 5 EUR, which I find completely unjustified for a hotel of this standard. Other than that, everything was impeccable! Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof offers modern, clean, and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent location right next to the main train station. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – varied, fresh, and of exceptional quality. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Vienna."
