The owners should be embarrassed and ashamed!! Please if you can afford to go somewhere else, GO!!! I was given keys to a room that had stained bedding, dingy towels, a worn toilet seat, mildew on the ceiling, & hair all over the bathroom. I received another key to a room that also had hairy & stained bedding, dingy towels, cracks in the wall, mildew in the bathroom, & worn toilet seat. I then received a key to a room that was in the same condition and the bathtub was so dirty. So, because there was limited availability and I paid for the room in full the only option the staff could offer was to clean one of the rooms for me. The staff apologized and brought a towel with a sneeze of cleaner to wipe down the toilet with hair on it and ask me was I willing to take the room. At that point, I was irritated not with the staff but the condition of each option. I picked the room with the least issues and best airflow. I turned on the exhaust fan and went to Walmart to buy new comforters, bedding, pillow cases, towels, wipes, bleach, scrubbers, toilet seat, everything I needed to stay comfortably. I won’t discuss the breakfast but it was edible. Locked out several times, my key kept deactivating. My experience was horrible, I’ve had better experiences with Motel 6, but the staff member tried to accommodate and didn’t just say oh well; grateful for that. I always check the rooms either before or immediately after I receive the keys for reasons like this.
