Doing renovations with grinding for 12 hours a day and blowing dust with mold and mildew and whatever into central air system. Then the waste gets blown into guests rooms. It was literally snowing in my room for 6 hours one day. I got home and choked and coughed so hard I had to check if I caused a hernia. All their contractors who are doing the grinding on the floors need to do is duct tape the in and out vents .worst Marriot property I've ever stayed at in 25 years of travel. Room cleanliness is appalling and building should be bulldozed

I stayed in a $300 suite and the room was extremely outdated. Our bathtub had rust in, that was through the porcelain, and the carpet in the room was not stretched right and had runs in multiple places. There was not a blanket in the room anywhere for the pull out couch bed and one of the couch cushion covers was in terrible shape. We will not stay here again.

The staff was great, but the condition of the room was awful. They did make it right and comp the room so that was nice. They are redoing some of the floors so if you get one of those floors I'm sure it will be a much better experience than I had. The whole hotel looks like it's not been kept up. The wall are cracking, ceiling tiles falling in. Every where you looks something was falling apart or not kept up. It was also so hot everywhere. I asked for a fan, and they sent up one that had mystery splatter in the top , and the blades were covered in dust.The room was awful, the a carpet looked like a small murder happened. Big stain with little stains all around it. The sheets had stains, and the bathtub was so gross I had to put a towel down to even shower. I think once they redo it it will be worth the rates they charge. But for 200 dollars it was not worth it at all. I would definitely ask to be put in the floors that are redone if at all possible.

We stayed 3 nights. On the day of check in we received and email tha the hotel was undergoing renovations. Once we checked in we did see why. The hotel was clean but way outdated. The renovations did not cause any problems other than the noise but they did stop all work by 5:30 pm. They also charge $13 a day for parking and we were not told about that either until we checked in. The beds were not bad but like I said very out dated. The power cord on the desk that was there so you can have multiple items plugged in did not work. We did have to call twice to get it changed. The first day we were out of the room we came back around 4 to find that there had been nothing done in the room other than the trash can was empty and the dirty towels in the bathroom had been picked up. We called the front desk to see if they were suppose to clean the rooms each day and we were told yes. We explained the state of the room and that we were not happy. The next day someone came at 9:30 to clean the room and we were in the middle of getting ready to leave. I asked them if they could give us 30 min and come back once we were out and was told yes. We were out of the room again most of the day to come back to the room once again with nothing have been done. Not even the trash emptied. My husband went down to the front desk and complained again. They did send someone up but we were so tired we told them to just empty the trash. Everyone we delt with we very nice and room service was not ba

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Expedia would not help us and we couldn't go to another hotel with our loosing what we already paid. We the 3rd room, we were just sick of walking back and forth ( large hotel). Had the same problem as the first! Oh, it gets worse no fidge, no phone, no clocks, the shower was a drip, no pressure. I must say that the assistant manager tried but couldn't find a room that wasn't crappy. This is horrible, winded up just going home. So much for vacation. Do not use Expedia

The staff was amazing in every aspect. From the front desk, to the bar staff, to housekeeping, everyone was polite and very accommodating. The room was mostly clean. The curtains had weird stains on them, but I chalk that up to them needing to be updated.
