“The staff was friendly and the location was great. There were lots of cafes, restaurants, and a bazaar right outside. However, our first few days we did not have hot water and the bed was very stiff. The decor was nice but again not very comfortable. ”

“La habitación muy limpia y bien equipada. El personal amable y agradable. La linea 9 del metro está a unas cuantas cuadras y te deja justo fuera del palacio de los deportes. Solo tuvimos 2 detalles. Se escuchaba mucho ruido del exterior y al agua caliente no era consistente. Fuera de eso el lugar increíble.”

“The positives first — the property is in a very walkable area close to many restaurants and felt safe. The security guards were very kind and helpful. The negatives — right beside a hospital so we constantly heard sirens. The rooms didn’t look as new as in the pictures online which wouldn’t be horrible if they were very clean.. but they were not. There was hair on the floor and in some towels. For me, the worst part was the bathroom. Our room had two bathrooms. Both showers only had ceiling……

“Awesome location and property. Feels very safe anytime of day or night. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by. The address on Expedia is incorrect and it took the Uber driver an additional 15 minutes to get to the place after we found out the actual address through a friend. The washer was also broken. The AC in the living room also leaks water”
