“Great location, modern, clean and quiet rooms. Courteous staff. suggestions: Bathroom door didn’t work. They seemed completely unaware which is disappointing considering number of rooms and how obvious the issue was. They offer another bedroom but didn’t have the view/balcony of first one. Provide Local TV channels, everything was YouTube, Spotify and paid apps.”

“The host was unresponsive as soon as we got into the apartment. The WiFi didn’t work and that made the TV not work. So we had no TV or WiFi for 6 days because the host would not answer. The house was cleaned but not deep cleaned. The couch, curtains and walls were all dirty. And there were a lot bugs in the apartment. The listing was incorrect also. No hot tub, no iron, no hair dryer and no oven. The host needs to work on this place if she wants it to rentable. Luckily Vrbo compensated us for……

“If you get booked in room Alpha make sure you bring pillows and hit up the pharmacy for sleeping pills. it’s directly next to the front door so you hear everyone’s comings and goings. Also, if there is more than 1 person in your party you’re gonna be on top of each other so strategize. The room was relatively cool, AC was decent! We asked for extra pillows and to refill the shampoo in the shower (that was empty when we arrived) 4 times before those requests were fulfilled. The on site staff were……
