Enjoy the outdoor spaces with a BBQ grill, lounge chairs, balconies, and terraces, perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom, safe, and fan, plus TVs in the main rooms.
Located right in front of the communal pool and just 1 minute from the paddle court 🎾. The beach zone is only 8 minutes away by car, and Tulum Centro is also just 8 minutes away, offering quick access to restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Ground Floor:

• Bedroom 4 – 1 King bed, ensuite bathroom (Master).

Third Floor:
• Bedroom 5 – 2 King beds.
• Bedroom 6 – 1 King bed (shared bathroom).

Guest Access:
📅 On your arrival day, you’ll receive all the necessary information in the morning to complete a smooth and easy check-in. In most cases, one of our hosts will personally welcome you, show you around the house, and share tips and recommendations so you can make the most of your experience.

•Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.
These are beyond our control.

•The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather.
