My friends & I had the most amazing stay! From the moment we were picked up from the airport (complimentary, included in our pmt for the villa)to the time we were dropped off at the airport was absolutely wonderful! Our host met us at the entrance & gave us a guided tour of the property & our villa, as well as brought our bags in. Assured us that any needs we had we could put them in the group chat & they’d handle it & they absolutely did! We loved our villa, very comfy for the 4 of us. Also included was complimentary transportation to nearby attractions twice a day from 10-7. They were wonderful about accommodating us even when we changed our plans. After these hours & for places further away they would make the arrangements for us for a fee………..it was truly “one stop” service! Our washer didn’t work, so we texted & someone was there within 10 mins, they were unable to fix it so offered to launder our clothes for us & get them back all within 3-4 hrs. The private pool was another thing we thoroughly enjoyed & in our 5 days there they came & cleaned it 3 times without our prompting. We loved it here & will absolutely be back!! We may rent a car next time, because there were some things we would like to do outside of the perimeters of the complimentary transportation. With this being our first time in Tulum there was plenty within the area. An amazing trip & the Amari hosts made it even more amazing!
