"Everything appeared great until we went to bed. There was something making a loud thump going on all night. Sounded like it was in the frig area or ceiling. You could hear it from the bedrm and also the living room. Never noticed it until after we were asleep then it started in and seemed to go all night. Definitely prevented us from sleeping well. Drinks and restaurant were ridiculously priced. We spent our days up at Elk Lake instead of at the resort. The gal at the check in Brea was definitely only nice to us because she talked us into the sales pitch to go to some presentation. Once we thought about it we cancelled and she showed her real side. Everyone else we ran into that was working there was absolutely AWESOME! Quick response when trying to figure out air conditioning programing. Spoke with Robin and she was right on it. Also Carl and Aron. Excellent kind service!"

"The unit was lovely and had a great view. The house was fully stocked and had lots of extras. I was clean and comfortable. Super great having two king size beds. The resort is super fun for all ages. Lots of hiking, rafting and golf close by. Would definitely recommend for couples or families. Can’t wait to plan another stay. :)"

"Location is amazingly quiet...the setting on the lake a view to behold. We found the proximity to Bend a plus for alternative dinner to cooking at cabin. While we did not take advantage of the water craft available, their closeness is a nice additional benefit. The critter warning by the owners about not leaving doors open is obviously chipmunks...they sure are "friendly" little guys. As a quick, short getaway for us, living only a couple hours away, the cabin and surroundings was a nice treat. We found the decor relaxing, the availability of cooking tools handy and sleeping rooms nicely furnished for all weather conditions. Very comfortable place to visit."

"Condo was as described. Upon arriving it was dinner time. So I turned on the oven. Got out the one cookie tray and noticed visible grease (?) all over it. I washed it only to discover it’s too big for the oven… In the morning my husband made coffee. Only to pull a mug out of the cupboard that wasn’t clean. He pulled two more that were dirty as well before just washing his own to use. Everything else seemed clean. Beds and pillows are comfy. Lots of games to play as well. We stayed 3 nights. The first two we were woken up to 3rd floor neighbors. Drunk, loud men and women. The third night appeared to be peaceful until about 11 pm. Then it sounded like they were moving furniture and walking laps on the very squeaky floor. The second night I called the front desk to ask if they could ask them to be quiet. They said they would send someone. My husband went to talk with the front desk the next day. Only to find out Worldmark/7th Mtn has no control over the privately owned condos. So that was cool. We had a great time in the pools. And enjoyed our time in and around Bend. Unfortunately we won’t be back to this condo though."
