“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

“Firstly Location was perfect, we needed step 100-150 metres to get to Galata Tower and Istiklal Avenue! There were all facilities in the room which we needed during our stay, we have not faced any problem. The most amazing part of this hotel is brilliant staff! “Ich war ein paar Tage allein in Istanbul und das Impera Hotel war ein Volltreffer. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt das erste Mal zu erkunden, man ist Mitten im Geschehen, aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet gewesen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück gab es vor Ort nicht, dafür gibt es aber viele Kaffees und Restaurants um die Ecke. Ich werde auf jeden Fall gern wiederkommen! ”

"The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
