"THIS ROOM HAD NO TV WHICH SHE GAVE ME A $10 DISCOUNT. THE ROOM WAS HALF PAINTED, NO GARBAGE CAN. THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY, ONLY 1 TOWEL......THERE WAS 2 OF US STAYING. THE REFRIGERATOR SMELLED SO NASTY THAT WE COULD NOT EVEN PUT A DRINK IN IT. THERE WAS BAGS OF GARBAGE SITTING IN THE HALLWAY THAT SMELLED SO TERRIBLE. THE FLOORS HAD NOT BEEN VACUUMED. THE PLACE REAKED OF THE SMELL OF POT, IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."

"The staff was amazing and rooms were clean and well kept as always. This is our "date night" destination due to its proximity to home and we visit often. If you're looking for an affordable alternative to the casinos THIS IS IT. This is the best motel in Tunica."

"Decent place for the price. The lady at the counter was very nice"

"Bed was so comfortable. Room was beautiful. Nothing on tv"

"This was our second time staying at this property. Accommodations were perfect. Quiet, calm neighborhood. Ms. Kathy was great as always"

"The reception Staff were lovely. The hotel itself needed some attention. The smoke alarm was missing in our room. One chair was wobbly. One out of 4 nights, our room did not get cleaned. Area, very quiet and safe."

"Most beautiful location and house! Very clean and has everything you could possibly think of! The charm alone will have us coming back for sure!"

"Dear Vrbo Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at a property booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. During my stay I encountered numerous unacceptable conditions that made my accommodation experience unbearable. Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover an infestation of bugs throughout...

"The owner was amazing! He really helped make our trip great. And the lake was so beautiful. Loved sitting out on the deck and watching the water."

"You pay for what you get. Pros: Reasonably priced Clean Cons: Lake is farther away then thought. Needs some small improvements. There isn't much to do in the area. Overall, wasn't a bad place to sleep."
