Lovely family home close to Tongariro River and town centre. Local walks all accessible by foot, Lake Taupo and Mountain within 35 minutes. Easy drive to Taupo for a day out. Your hosts are just through the gate and happy to help. Turangi has a great New World Supermarket, Greengrocers, bookshop, library and Chemist so no need to leave the area. Try our cafes. Home has great back yard, trees and birds. Garden setting. Enjoy house and surrounding area. Comfortable style and well equipped. Meals by arrangement. Shuttle for Tongariro Crossing can pick up from door. Ask about our special deals for skiers / trampers / fishing groups.

We are priced very reasonably to reflect the fact that we are not lake or river side. Our region has plenty to offer and seasonal changes are distinct and beautiful.

My family and i had a stop over on our way back to Wellington from Northland. Perfect, clean and magnificent gardens, highly recommended. Next time we might have to stay a few extra nights, it has everything you need even a highchair for the littlies

It was our first friendship trip with bach and we loved so much and agreed that we shall comeback regularly! House is nice, cozy and warm clean. The kitchen was fully stacked so that you didn't need to worry about cooking. Full of entertainment, Turangi is lovely place to stay longer.

One of the best houses we have stayed at in Turangi. Super clean and comfortable with lots of little touches (like fluffy towels) that made a difference. Great off street parking for the boat and secure for our small dog. Special thanks to Clint for going the extra mile and putting extra palings on the fence for us to keep small dogs safe.

A great Bach conveniently located to the slopes. This was our second stay here and was another great stay. My son loved the Wii and was quite possibly the highlight of his trip. Our dog Comet had the best holiday with Clint taking him for walks and giving him lots of attention when we were out.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely clean and well equipped home. Nearly everything you could possibly need is provided for you, meaning the majority of our usual 'kit' of items we tend to pack were not required! There are also plenty of books, games, music and DVDs to keep the whole family entertained. We very much appreciated the welcoming sign on the door on arrival and the thoughtful gift basket - the kind of 'extra mile' touches that can make a real difference to your holiday experience. We also loved being able to bring our two dogs with us and knowing that while we were there, they were safe to explore the secure property whenever they wished, meaning we could all relax! Clint is a great host, and communication was a breeze - we hope to be back one day. Highly recommended.
