We were greeted at the door by Andrea, whose care was carried on by Pasquale - excellent service. Tatiana, at the front desk was equally efficient and gracious. The food service, after our first day anticipated our needs. Francesca led the breakfast service.

Grand Hotel Sitea
Everything about the hotel is 5 star — the staff, the breakfast, the bar, and especially the location. No notes, would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Turin Palace
Lovely hotel, very comfortable, clean, good room service and staff very helpful. Within walking distance of historic centre and opposite train station for metro and longer journeys. Hilton Turin Centre
Lovely staff, but experience spoiled by the fact it feels like you have to pay extra for everything e.g. entrance to spa, water in the room, breakfast. We never managed to get the WiFi in the room sorted - I wonder if it’s linked to the push to sign up for Hilton Honors?
