Needs refreshment

The room/suite was in very bad condition. The interior was very worn out, and I'm not normally sensitive. There is a lot of noise from the street - both from the surrounding bars and restaurants, but also from traffic. After the first night we asked for another room, but the communication between the reception staff went wrong, so our request could not be met. It must be said that the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. It is possible to park at the hotel, which was necessary for us. But it would have been nice to know that the parking was in a basement, where the driveway is so narrow and steep that you can easily damage your car. It requires a small car and a skilled driver to park here.

Good location, needs an upgrade

The toilet seat was yellow. It would be a small effort to change this. The size of the appartment is ok for a family. Very conveniently located near the centre. The breakfast was usually cold eggs. In the end, we decided to buy our own breakfast. We had a weird conversation with the hotel begore arrival where they asked s for our credit card information to confirm the booking, but they agreed to payment upon arrival.

Overpriced and unreliable

The only good is the location. The room is reasonable for it’s size, but higly overpaid. Especially if you look to the condition it is in. The toilet seat is so old, it looks like it came from a student apartment. The remains of yellow all over it, clealy don’t come from how it was once purchased. For the shower, it is small, dark and has a glass door that barely slides. The worst part is the water though, it just fills up. The kind of kitchen they have, has some basic pans and plates. But the condition of the kitchen, well see the photos. Not a place to prepare your food. For the view, if you like it or not, you’ll have it. Since there are no curtains! And there is only light coming in via the door, where you entered. The promise of clean towels and bedsheets is not executed as promised during the booking. And although everything is paid upfront, they agressively demand you back in to have them check everything when checking out. So there is no quick checkout. Al together; this is an overpriced and unprofessional location where you won’t see me again!

We stopped for a night on our way. Everything was ok, except we were disappointed the parking place wasnt free at our arrival and it was difficult to find someplace in the area. The appartmt itself was top!

Just fine..

We stayed at the hotel for five days in July. The hotel aircondition didn't work properly and our room was facing the street, so we couldn't have the windows open because of the noise from the bars across the street. The rooms could have been in a better condition, but it was big (50 m2) and had an okay price, so all in all a fine experience.

Don't be put off by pictures of the area.

It was a nice place to stay. It is a bedroom with a small kitchen. My only issues were with maintenance. The shower holder was broken, only one of the bulbs in the shaving mirror worked and most surfaces had a greasy feeling because of the kitchen and lack of good cleaning. Stay close to eat and drink, it's nicer and cheaper than heading for the centre.

Se visitate Torino e volete pernottare in pieno centro a pochi minuti dalla Mole Antoneliana e circa 100 m dalla fermata dei bus, in camere spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, con ottima colazione e personale attento e cortese, questo è il posto giusto! ASSOLUTAMENTE DA CONSIGLIARE :-)
