「Room dirty , no remote for tv No breakfast in morning even though we were charged for breakfast,no one available at all in the morning,tried calling the phone number supplied but no answer , finally got the manager at 12oclkck midday ,told them about my issues and they did not care in the slightest ,told me to contact hotels .com ,absolutely disgusting behaviour customer service zero . Do not recommend this place to anyone . 」
「A great hotel for a quick getaway. Cleaned to a high standard with very comfortable beds and even the basic room has plenty of space and good lighting. Hairdryer and iron were already there. The pool and gym are just the cherry on top and the surrounding area is great for a walk. A perfect autumn getaway and one of the few hotels still worth booking, it looks exactly as described -you can tell they keep up with maintenance. Very polite staff, too. Just a few minutes away is a bus stop to get...
