The house was extremely clean and well kept. Everything was in perfect working order and the pool/patio area was beautiful. The location was very convenient to the University and restaurants and shopping. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Communication before and throughout our stay with Bama B&B was thorough and easy. They were very attentive and helpful. We also appreciated the great welcome folder with lots of local suggestions. The cottage was perfect for our stay.

Roll Tide! The Bama Cottage Experience

We had a wonderful stay at the Bama Cottage in Tuscaloosa! The house is quaint, well-adorned, and full of charm. The outside deck and pool were a highlight, providing a perfect spot for relaxing and spending quality time together. While the neighborhood felt a little sketchy at first glance, it seems to be undergoing some renovation and revitalization, which is encouraging. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the campus, shopping, and local attractions. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again, especially with a group of friends who enjoy hanging out, relaxing, and enjoying each other's company. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and welcoming. It is in a good location and very well maintained. The beds are comfortable. There is a spacious laundry room right off the kitchen. The pool, which includes pool toys and beach towels, was a hit with everyone. A huge deck with patio tables and chairs surrounds the pool.We have rented many homes over the years and this one is the best. Everything we could possibly need was supplied... dishes, cooking supplies, games & books for our grandchildren, charging ports in every room for devices, paper products, and toiletries. We enjoyed the theme of University of Alabama details throughout the home ... Roll Tide!! The property management team was great at checking in, quick to answer any questions and very friendly. We hope to stay at this home again. We all highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Tuscaloosa.

The house is cozy and fully stocked and the deck/pool area is ideal no matter the weather. There is a large covered portion and a large uncovered portion - so something for everyone. The pool was spotless - There is even a side yard with a play structure, though we didn't have any use for it. The location can't be beat, either.... super close to campus and shopping. If my daughter hadn't just graduated I'd totally be back!I cannot recommend this property enough!
