“This house was perfect for 2 couples! The beds were super comfortable, and there were extra blankets/pillows. Bathrooms were roomy. The kitchen was super cute & the table opened up larger (which was great for playing games). The outside garden area was very spacious with little areas for sitting, and beautiful flowers and plants. The home was in a great location - easy walk to fabulous wineries (Le Fonti, Pelagio, restaurants, a wine bar, Gelateria, Dario's Butcher Shop, and market. Would……

“Genau das Richtige für gestresste Städter wie uns. Die Ruhe, die Abgeschiedenheit, die gute Luft, Handyempfang nur bei günstigem Wind und alles Grün. Und nochmal: DIE RUHE !!!Ponzanello ist fast verwaist Ende Mai aber mit genug Holz für den mittelalterlichen OFFENEN (wo gibt es sowas denn noch?) Kamin in der Küche lassen sich auch 8 Nächte locker aushalten. Wir empfehlen jedem sich die Bilder von Alberico anzusehen, denn genau das erwartet euch auch. Einfaches und ehrliches Leben in der Stille……

“The house was very clean and comfortable. The showers are a bit small and the road to the house is a little challenging but overall we enjoyed our stay. The key holders re wonderful people and left us surprises almost daily. It included bottles of wine, pastries and groceries. They stocked the house with bottles of water, laundry detergent, trash bags, basically all our needs. I would highly recommend a stay at this villa.”

Clean rooms, but some with appearance of bugs.The host was helping with transport when needed.We had a marvelous dinner made by local chefs.Everyone enjoyed the days with the playroom ,The pool aerial was very nice, but the water was bit could at the time of the year( October ) We spent a unforgettable week in Toscana.”

“This property’s main attraction is location, location, location! The views are magnificent and the proximity to the town was perfect. Having a parking place was a real luxury!Erika is a good communicator and so responsive. She was on a job half way around the world and took my call which was two a.m. where she was. The only suggestion we would make to Erika is to work with the property management company to develop a checklist to make sure the house is ready for the next guests. For example,……

“We were warmly welcomed by Jamilah, she showed us around the property and make sure we are comfortably settled in. The bedroom comes with its ensuite, they are clean with essentials. The kitchen is well equipped. The view is amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside enjoy our meals. The pool is clean. There is a dishwasher and laundry. “Wir haben Casaccia im August als Familie mit drei Teenagern besucht. Das Steinhaus ist charmant, individuell und hat eine ruhige Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Nicola war perfekt, sehr nett und schnell. Londa selbst ist ein nettes kleines italienisches Bergdorf, 45 Min von Florenz entfernt, das Haus selber liegt aber weit oberhalb des Dorfes - erreichbar über eine enge, kleine, etwas waghalsige Straße. Man kann ohne Auto dort nicht sein und denkt über die Notwendigkeit jeder Fahrt nach, man fährt……

“Fantastic rustic house in a great location. We enjoyed a very peaceful stay. There are great places to visit locally, but above all, we enjoyed ambling in to Barga. Fireflies every evening and bread van every morning were a highlight! Lots of options for eating out and a bbq for evenings in. Perfect for us.”
