“A stunning Villa in the hills near Florence. Lots of outdoor space, numerous bedrooms and modern bathrooms. A large common area to gather. The views of the Tuscan countryside are incomparable! The air conditioning struggled to keep up but to be fair, Tuscany was experiencing a heat wave where the temperatures reached 100 degrees in the afternoon. The pool was a Godsend as a way to cool off. This was a wonderful retreat for our family! Thank you Katia!”

“We had a wonderful week at this villa with our family of 21! The photos accurately reflect the beautiful home and pool area. From the moment we drove down the long, cypress lined driveway to the villa, we knew this was a very special place! “This home and the host are excellent. We loved our time here. The house was clean and provided everything needed. We walked into town everyday for dinner and gelato. The walk into town looks far but only takes about 15-20 min (slightly uphill). We also felt safe even when walking home in the dark. The host was extremely responsive during our entire stay and always willing to help. We had a chef and wine tasting come over on our last night (recommendation provided by host) and had a lovely……

“Giovanna and Alberto were amazing and gracious hosts. Communication was great from the start and any questions were responded to promptly. They have a wonderful property with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Giovanna even offered a food and wine tasting session during our stay there which we are so happy we did our first evening there. It was the perfect way to start our stay at their beautiful villa. Our stay there was a highlight of our trip to Italy and we will be happy to……
