“Bij aankomst bleek het zwembad gesloten! Na lang zoeken stond het wel beschreven in de advertentie, maar ik vind dat dit duidelijker weergegeven moet worden! Wij hadden deze accommodatie uitgezocht omdat we graag een zwembad wilden! Ook de toegangsweg naar de accommodatie is best lastig! Wij hebben de auto beneden laten staan!”

“We hebben een fantastische vakantie van 2 weken gehad met 2 gezinnen (4 volwassenen en 5 kinderen) in het Pony House. Allereerst ligt het huis schitterend op een heuvel, heerlijk vrijstaand en volledig in het groen, met een magnifiek Toscaans uitzicht. Het huis is perfect gelegen voor tripjes naar het strand, het bezoeken van mooie markten in Viareggio of Forte dei Marmi, maar ook voor dagtripjes naar diverse mooie Toscaanse steden zoals Lucca, Pisa en Florence en Volterra. “Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Melanie verlief von Anfang an reibungslos und sie stand uns bei Fragen jederzeit sofort und hilfsbereit zur Seite. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön idyllisch und perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen, allerdings sollte man einplanen, dass der nächste größere Supermarkt etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. In der Unterkunft selbst findet man bereits einige Spiele, sodass gemütlichen und lustigen Abenden im offenen……

“Giovanna and Alberto were amazing and gracious hosts. Communication was great from the start and any questions were responded to promptly. They have a wonderful property with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Giovanna even offered a food and wine tasting session during our stay there which we are so happy we did our first evening there. It was the perfect way to start our stay at their beautiful villa. “Wir waren zu 6 Personen und einem Hund als Familie in der Unterkunft und so war die Aufteilung mit dem Poolhaus ideal. Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit tollem Ausblick Richtung Meer. Die Innenausstattung ist vielseitig und macht Spaß, vor allem die Küche bietet viel Spielraum zum gemeinsamen kochen. Peter ist ein hervorragender entspannter Gastgeber mit einer Mischung zwischen Unaufdringlichkeit und dem Gefühl für seine Gäste da zu sein.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa was clean and centrally located for day trips to Lucca, Florence and the coast. Out host, Elisa, was great and very responsive to questions and made several recommendations for local restaurants and other businesses. Elisa also helped us arrange a wonderful homemade dinner at the Villa cooked by a local couple. It was excellent and I would highly recommend this to future visitors. Between the fabulous host, beautiful villa and unbelievable scenary, ……

“It was a huge Wow! Stefano the owner and his daughter Elena was so accommodating, from taxis to organizing a chef for an in villa family dinner we will never forget. The villa itself was so perfect for our family of 15- we had wonderful gathering spots inside and outside to sit and gab or gather for meals! The air conditioning was a must to retreat from heat and sleep. But each family had private down time areas in thier apartments. The pool was next level, truly resort quality and the centre……
