「Everything was perfect I enjoyed my stay」

「There were no complaints.」

「Staff/service was very slow. There was no hot water running in our room. The entire stay went by and we were having cold showers. There is no kettle in the room, so you can not get boiling water for a tea or coffee after 10 pm. The coffee machine was not working in our room. The safe wasn’t working when we first arrived; shortly after, the engineer arrived and fixed it- so we were able to use the safe in the room during our stay. There was a broken piece in the shower stall. The toilet clogged...

「Great hotel with exceptional service!」

「The property is very clean smell so good. The staff are ok, could be better especially during breakfast. The staff take long to take orders and sometimes get a bit confused. I think they need training and the supervisor needs to assist when there is a crowd. Secondly the room is beautiful cleaned but missing a drinking glasses. I would recommend you add glasses to the rooms because not everyone likes to drink from the water bottle.」

「I arrived at the hotel before check-out due to my flight delays and I couldn't get to the hotel on May 21 so arrived in the morning before check out and I was told that I cannot check in and was not reimbursed for the stay.」

「the room was very clean, bathroom nicely tiled, and was spacious - hot water to shower was abundant. Parking was good and the owner allowed me to park on the hotel's front driveway. Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)」

「Room had no tolietry, or complimentary water for two nights. The fixtures need an upgrade. The 🛁 leaking from the tap all night. The TV was not clear/snowy screen. This suite had kitchen but no dish or cutlery. The room door need to go. I had to ask staff to open it. Staff was helpful in the breakfast department. Overall. I needed a place to rest so I make do. Hope next time with a bit upgrade and helpful staff who speak English will understand their guest request.」

「This hotel can do better when paying at the hotel site. I booked on Expedia and quoted USD hence there is no reason that upon presenting my US credit card I am told there is a fee for using this card. The preferred option from the hotel point of view is to pay in local dollars. I didn’t have local dollars so I used a Guyana debit card which carried less fees.」

「The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.」

「The hotel charged my card for damages done to a microwave and bathroom wall without producing any evidence that I did the damage. Requested pics with date stamp of damaged equipment and glass prior to the beginning of my stay and the hotel did not provide. They have however charged my card US $1,098」
