「The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.」

「Few of waiters are wonderful. Front desk clerks needs to improve and be more active .they never asked how was your stay all was asked are you checking out. 」

「The lack of natural light was a deal breaker for me there was only one window in the bathroom and that was all the natural light you will get in the room , the toilet was an issue but other than that it was very clean breakfast was tasty but if you don’t get breakfast early (before 8-8:30) and it’s all gone (the local dishes ) you have to stick with continental dishes.」

「Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. 」

「Solo trip. Stayed here for a full week and had a great experience. Only one minor complaint. This place was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is central, yet very quiet and residential, which would make it easy/ comfortable to relax with a family or large group. The premises and pool were extremely clean and well maintained. On site security who open and closes the gate for you. Would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend. Bobby was very helpful. Only minor complaint is...

「Just got back from a week at 592 Hospitality. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they were always available for any questions we had. The building was clean and secure and I loved the location! Smooth check-in even though it was the middle of the night. Would recommend and will definitely be staying here again. 」

「Upon arrival Mar.3, we were shown rm. 303. AC and TV did not work. No safety box in room. We were moved to 301 . Safety bax locked. No key available to open it. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us.」

「I was disappointed with breakfast, no variety; eggs and sausage, bake and Saltfish, eggs and plantain, tuna/ cheese sandwiches, tea coffee or mixed juice, melon, pineapple each on specific mornings. No cereal boxed/cooked, no pancakes, no choice in the preparation of eggs (fried sunny side up, boiled, poached) just scrambled. I am of the opinion that having paid for breakfast one should be given the opportunity to chose what they preferred.」
