This spacious, 7 bedroom historic estate is ideal for large groups. It has 2 floors with individual locks for each bed room. Private mini fridges in each room. The estate has little over half an acre that would be great for cook outs or family functions. This listing is for the rental of the first floor bedrooms and amenities ONLY. That would include 3 bedrooms, and a pull out sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms (1 private), the kitchen, living room and foyer and dining room. 8 guests. Quiet Residential area with older, established homeowners primarily. Most Campus Amenities are in close walking distance. 2 National Monuments in Walking distance.

The house was described as "Historic", which means it is very old. It was clean. We were a group of 2 couples. Both of the women complained that the beds were uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. Each of the beds were full size. There was a couple of air fresheners in the living room that were so strong it was a bit overwhelming. After communication with the owner, we removed the air fresheners to the front porch, turned on the AC and a fan and things were better. Communication with the owner was excellent before and during our stay.

Great house and very large with 7 bedrooms!

It was a great place for a family birthday, Auburn football, and a family reunion all rolled into one. . There were 10 of us total who stayed there and it was a great experience for all of us. The balcony off of the back What is a big hit with the 20 and 30 something year old kids because they could sit out there and Hoot and holler and have fun. The price was excellent!
