“We needed a place to stay so we could be at our daughter’s graduation. This apartment was the closest we found. We were able to get to her in 15 minutes by car which made things very easy. Eric great about being in contact. He had a very nice assistant work with us as we arrived. Our flight was terribly delayed, and he stuck with us with kindness. Everything was clean. Excellent instructions easily found. Wonderful artwork and posters. Didn’t use kitchen except for fridge; however, easily could……

“The apartment is very nicely located. Excellent location! Unfortunately, there were ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Besides, there was only one chair on the balcony. A chair and a table were missing so we could have sat outside.”

“Very nice one bedroom unit with kitchen and comfortable sitting area. We found the location to be particularly convenient to walking down to Dana Point coffee shops/ restaurants. Checkin/out very easy, its situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We will definatly have this in rotation for future visits.”

“What a great, amazing place!Booked it for myself and my husband and hosted our traditional baseball Anaheim beach dinner. location is amazing! “My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed……
