“Disappointing stay. Upon arrival, we found that the sheets on all the beds had not been properly cleaned — there was hair in every set, and one bed had a crusty booger. The refrigerator contained leftover food and crumbs. The dryer was also not functioning properly; after three cycles, clothes were still damp.I contacted the host after the first night to request a refund. They offered to send a cleaning service and/or allow us to cancel the remainder of the week, but reimbursement for unused……
