「Excellent staff and stay」

「I had two major disappointments. I was on the third floor and at one time both elevators were out of order. During the majority of my stay one or the other was down The second was the hallway in the area I was in was not vacuumed. I checked in about an hour after 3. On a positive note, the entrance was welcoming. The breakfast was good. I always appreciate a hot meal option. The room was comfortable.」

「The painted lady was fantastic, I just wish we could've stayed longer but I had reserved the room for our trip back home to Charleston SC for the night and we got there late. But everything was great especially the later check-in process that was not expected. I would highly recommend the painted lady to anyone that is going to stay in Birmingham more that just a few hours!」

「The hotel’s reservation system was down when arrived but the desk manager and another manager worked to get us into a room quickly despite not having access to the computer system. We were impressed that they went out of their way to help us rather than telling us that we would have to wait to check in until the system was back up and running.」

「The whole reason we booked this hotel on July 5th is because it had a beautiful indoor pool. We get there and it is closed for maintenance! Who does maintenance in July at a hotel in Alabama?」

「It had been several years since I visited a Hampton Inn. This Fultondale, AL Hampton Inn was a refreshing new design in total. The Property and Staff exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose this Inn again. The Breakfast Offerings were extensive and very tasty. The Young Man Staffer was excellent and was very present and helpful. The Check-In Staff was very responsive and helpful also.」
