Positioned at the tranquil southern end of Kingscliff's esplanade, this beachfront retreat sits directly across from lush foreshore parklands and the pristine shoreline, a mere 250m from the picturesque Cudgen Creek.

The light-filled, open-concept living space boasts an exceptionally large modular lounge and contemporary wrap-around kitchen featuring a breakfast bar for casual dining. Step onto the airy balcony where refreshing sea breezes create an idyllic atmosphere for outdoor meals. Great location for dining and walking. Super spacious. The only downside is it is located on top of a coffee shop (amazing coffee) so the noise of the knockbox can wake you up at 5:30am.
