Adorned with a stylish leather lounge and smart TV, the lounge area is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or close by creek. Have fun enjoying with board games, puzzles, and books provided.
The dining area features a breakfast bar with two stools and an ample dining table, ideal for family meals or game nights.
The kitchen is equipped for culinary adventures, while outside, a Weber BBQ invites you to grill lunch amidst the greenery of the grassy backyard and garden path. The undercover patio offers ample space to enjoy summer breezes with your favourite drink in hand. Your furry friends and little ones will delight in the outdoor space and yard, offering a place to play and explore.
Two cozy bedrooms, each with ceiling fans ensure a peaceful night's sleep, complemented by the gentle sound of waves. The bunk bedroom is great for kids or additional guests. A portacot is provided for your convenience.

With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
