“Booked for 5 nights, only stayed for two. This was bottom of the budget, so I didn't expect much and was still disappointed. Spend a little more, drive a mile further and get a better place. On the plus side, I didn't get bed bugs.”

“still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us!
I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“House keeping did NOT do their duties as far as keeping the rooms clean EVERYDAY! The toilet stopped up. I called numerous a times for the issue to be taken care of. The front desk clerk or manager didn’t make effort to take care of the issue right away. They came out the NEXT DAY! I had to get my own plunger to unclog the toilet. They were roaches coming out of no where in the room. Terrible stay and service. I don’t recommend. ”
