He was on his cell phone when I checked in speaking in a different language and never got off the phone or quit talking to whoever it was. His interaction with me was mostly non-verbal. Not the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at. We own a hotel in Canada and our customer service is something we pride ourselves on. "
