"Overall it was a good experience, but i notice me and my wife woke up what seem to be bed bug bites over our body room 423, which is odd because i always book with tetra love the hotel. And recently the last two times staff have charge me 200 dollars for security deposit. And when i ask why I get charge 200 they say it was set on the wrong setting. They should double check on what and how much they charging. "

"This hotel is great: quiet, great free breakfast, free parking, and comfy beds. The pillows aren’t great, but the mattresses are comfortable. My son loves the basketball and mini golf area. The staff is accommodating and friendly. "

"Was placed by vending area so wasn't quite. At the price was expecting better quality. "

"The room felt outdated and unfortunately wasn’t very clean. There was a poorly done repair on the wall that looked like it may have been patched after someone punched it, and it hadn’t been finished properly. The bathtub also showed quite a bit of wear, with rust and what appeared to be an old silicone repair that didn’t look very well maintained. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work, and when I asked the front desk if they had a replacement, they didn’t have another one available, which was disappointing. The surrounding area is something to be aware of as well. There were a few homeless individuals staying close to the hotel property, which may make some guests uncomfortable. Breakfast was another letdown. The eggs were watery and lacked flavor, and the sausage patties were very hard and dried out. Overall, the stay didn’t meet expectations and the property could benefit from some updates and better upkeep."

"Excellent service and the refurbished rooms are stunning however, the hotel is under construction at the moment and so the pool and restaurant space that is normally used are not available, but they are serving food in the lobby, which works quite well and the food was excellent"

"I don't usually complain, but this was not great - it WAS clean, though. When we checked in, the clerk was on a personal call, and asked us to wait. 3-4 minutes later, we finally were taken care of. We got to our room (upstairs, no elevator and we're both in our 60s), one wall-mounted lamp didn't have a chord long enough to plug in anywhere. We tried calling, but the phone didn't work. We asked in the lobby about an extension chord and got a blank look. TV service was horrible! The guide channel showed lots of channels, but there was no way to directly select them on the remote and no instructions. They are apparently working on renovating the rooms, but we sure didn't get one that's been done. "
