Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s comfortable and quiet. Close to everything. The inside has a great layout. Very clean, big TVs and no chores list before leaving. We will definitely be back!

Handicap Accessible

We enjoyed our stay in this nice, clean house. We have someone with limited mobility so it was very convenient to be able to park by the entrance. Other than the one step into the house everything was easily accessible (no stairs and a walk-in shower). It was nice not having a "to do" list ( strip beddings, start a load in the washer, etc...) before check-out. We would stay here again and recommend this property.

Everything about the stay was flawless.

The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and then some. We had an excellent experience at this property. It was exactly as depicted and promised. Plus we didn’t have to run around before we left making sure the used linens were stripped from the bed, dishwasher ran etc. etc. They handle all of that. Highly recommend.

A Gem.

Great, quiet location. Top-notch amenities, fairly big backyard. Kitchen supplies are adequate.Had some difficulty figuring out which property it was because information received did not specify that this property is part of a duplex (the A side of it). My two dogs appreciated the toys waiting for them. It is a fairly hi-tech home (light switches, thermostat, appliances). Very nice, very clean, comfortable. Reasonably priced to boot. The icing on the cake, no checkout to-do list! Most appreciated.My only disappointment, and this was only for the first night, beware: the thermostat is shared between this and the other property of the duplex. It controls both homes!There was a sign on it indicating not to turn it down below a given temperature because it would affect the other property. We could not sleep well; too warm.The following is for EV owners. Forget charging your vehicle at this property. The GFCI 120 VAC outlet outside is shared by both properties in this duplex. Charging my EV tripped it, which shut off some of the power to the neighbors. There is an RV outlet, might work for EV charging if you have an adapter cable.Overall, highly recommended. In the grand scheme of things, this property is a gem in most every way. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect stay!

Everything was as listed and even better. I was traveling with my two grand pups and was so delighted with the grassy backyard and the lovely vinyl fence that went all the way to the ground so I didn’t have to worry about escapees. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook your favorite family gourmet meals! The bed is the best!! I would definitely stay here again. :-)

There was a random press on nail on rug in the living room, a quarter on the bottom of the dresser in the room, there was a red lighter in the couch which is probably still there as i told my daughter not to touch it. Multiple bugs in the bathroom attached to the room. Dog in the connecting unit barked often and loudly both nights. The host was very responsive and answered quickly. The location of the unit was convenient. Well decorated. Back yard was nice for the kids. If you have an allergy to animals or dander you should prob not stay here or come with an antihistamine as there is a decent amount of animal hair on the living room furniture. Also wasnt a fan of the super early 10 am check out. You can pay for a later check out for 20 for an hour later or 40 for 2 hours later if you choose.
