We also appreciated the location equidistant between Alma and Fairplay, as we were able to run into both towns easily. Communication was easy, polite, and responsive as well.”

“It is my 2nd stay in this property and I've stayed in Leadville in many ABnbs. The space is great and plenty of room, though my party is small. The kitchen is stocked and upgraded. Main living space is great. The shower is a bit dated but is fine for my use. It is great to have the fenced backyard, though upkeep could be improved (grass is up to a foot long) and maybe add some basic deck furniture. Overall was another great stay and will look to book again.”

“The tiny house is an excellent concept, stayed with my two 14 year old daughters for 3 day ski trip and experience was five star- from pricing, to check in, to check out. Within walking distance of restaurants in Leadville, and 5 min drive to Safeway grocery store. House was equipped with everything one needs and very weak kept and very clean. Fully recommend it!”

“We could not be more excited for our stay in this amazing mountain property! There were eight of us in town for a 50 mile race and the house met all our needs. The hot tub was a huge draw for us as a post race recovery. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and so were the bathrooms. The host was very responsive and communicated well before, during and after the reservation. Perfect home for a large group with easy access to downtown Leadville.
