The home has an amazing view. We saw a bear crossing the river on our first morning. We enjoyed evenings on the back deck. The owner reached out to ensure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely rent here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this log cabin! The views were absolutely breathtaking—every window felt like a postcard. After long days of hiking, we were so excited to return to the cozy warmth of the fireplace and just unwind. The cabin was immaculately clean—honestly the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in, which made it feel that much more comfortable and relaxing. Mark was SUPER responsive—he answered every question quickly and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

Spectacular Stay

Our group of adults, children and dogs had a great time at Bald Eagle a River House for a week. The home is spacious, clean and full of the amenities needed for a nice stay. The outdoor views are stellar and the river was enjoyed on the warm days. Thanks Mark for a great stay!

Comms with the owner were great. clean and inviting. Bears right across from us, eagles letting a hawk know it intruded their territory right in front of us at a bit over eye level, deer, the river...would go again!
