"My friend and I stayed for two nights at the West Hotel Ataman. Our rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds, excellent shower and lovely breakfast with good choice of food. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially Vera and colleague's on reception. The kitchen staff prepared a take away breakfast for our early morning departure on the day we checked out. I recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "The property is nice overall, suitable for families with kids and sportsmen (variety of games, interior design, professional gym, outdoor swimming pool, etc). Rooms are nice and functional (we stayed in a suite and it was above expectations), nice view, the location is not so good (far from the center) and dining options are very limited. The worst was the service (mainly front desk): they are all young and not properly trained to sort out anything, definitely require some improvement. "
