「The location of this property was perfect, a 2 minute walk to a quiet beach. Two bedrooms worked perfectly for our group of 4. The pool area was ideal for a quick dip and shower. We also fixed seafood and ate by the pool where there is a large table. We enjoyed a sunset tiki cruse and toured the near by Ft Pulaski. Over all the propert was good with a couple of exceptions. There wasn't a single coffee cup or water class. My biggest concern was the gate to the pool area. This property is dog...

「1.Floors were filthy 2. the stove didnt have a handle on it (so you have to open it from the side - even when cooking) 3. The doors to the balcony didnt have privacy shutters (as it they had been tipped off). 4. The chair/covers were dingy and had holes in them 5. The pullout sofabed was unstable, uncomfortable, and dangerous for small children to even touch. 5. 」

「Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the company that represents this property, Southern Bell Vacation Rentals. Several issues with the property. The ice machine in the fridge would not function properly, ice would not dispense. A nasty beer can was in the ice bin...see photo. Front entrance gate latch was broken....see phot. Missing blind slats, people from the street can see directly into the unit...see photo. The smell of human urine was very strong when we first arrived. the bed...

「Ted was very responsive to any inquiries. A notebook is in place and provides information about the place, heating, air, etc. The location is excellent. The place is clean. We appreciated we could have our dog with us. Enjoyed our stay. 」
