The parking lot is small, so maybe bring a midsize or compact vehicle vs a full size crew cab truck.」

「Exactly as described with a few pleasant surprises like wine and cheese cocktail hour and a delicious breakfast of sweet waffles with praline syrup, and savory sausage and potatoes out in the courtyard. Loved the Oglethorpe room plus Charles was very knowledgeable about the homes history - way better than google! Street parking (payment required 8am-5pm) was a bit tricky but staff was very helpful in guiding us! Savannah is definitely walkable from this home. Highly recommend!」

「Our only concern, as seniors, was the steep stairs. We were in a downstairs room one night, with stairs down to the first floor. Then we moved to a second floor room, with even steeper stairs. Perhaps a dumb waiter to help with luggage?
But the property is lovely, beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service, wonderful staff. Highly recommend!」

「The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right.」

「The breakfast was the perfect balance between quality and quantity. On street parking is what it is. The house itself and the surrounding area is absolutely amazing! I have already booked another weekend and I'm looking forward to it! 」

「The Property on the outside is very pretty, but the interior is very old and run down. The door locks did not work on our room and we had to rely on a deadbolt. There were several little oddities that occur, such as the AC being turned off during the night in the entire building. Several times during our stay I woke up sweating and could not change the room temperature at all. The room itself is small but very clean. 「We choose this location as it is close enough to walk to many places but also nice a quiet in the evenings.
From entering the home we were greeted by our wonderful hostess Abigail, we found her to be friendly, polite and very accommodating with answering questions and providing information about the area.
We would love to return and highly recommend for the price, location and service.
