  • Welcome to Unit 1C, a spacious third-floor condo on the quiet North End of Tybee Island, where comfort, convenience, and beautiful coastal views come together for the perfect beach getaway.

    One of the highlights of this condo is the oversized covered balcony that spans the length of the unit. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, it's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, relax with a good book, or unwind in the evening while enjoying views of the pool, beautifully landscaped grounds, and the iconic Tybee Lighthouse.

    Inside, the open-concept living area is bright and welcoming with comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, cable TV, and large sliding glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and lead directly to the balcony. The adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to gather for meals after a day at the beach.

    The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A full-size washer and dryer are also located inside the condo for your convenience.

    The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, TV, private bathroom, and direct access to the covered balcony, allowing you to wake up to peaceful views each morning. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a TV, and easy access to a second full bathroom, making it ideal for children or additional guests.

This is our 2nd time at Lighthouse Point and we loved it. You cannot beat how close you are to the ocean, the views, how quiet and peaceful the property is and of course the "crowd" at the beach is great - it's not crowded at all! This condo was great for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers. We really enjoyed our time and found the check-in and check-out process to be so easy. I just wish we could stay longer :)

Great place for a simple bachelor trip

Three of us came down to celebrate my friends bachelor party and the condo was perfect. Close to the beach, the pool was great, and it was in a nice quiet location that kept us out of the chaos of Savannah.

Perfect Hideaway Getaway

Property was very clean and tidy, property owner made checkin a breeze even with our late arrival. Kids loved it and hated having to leave and requested to come back. Property will be one of our top return to locations!

Soccer tournament

We had a great time at this location. We were in Savannah for a soccer tournament and the condo we stayed at was perfect. We had a nice view of the ocean. The full kitchen was clean and we had a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it very comfortable and accommodating for everyone. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you.

Nice location. No frills. Shower heads and ac vents could use some cleaning. No sports programming was able to be viewed as cable was basic tier. View of water was great. Deck was large. Very close to the beach. Price was fair.

Great overall!

This was a great location and set up for our group! It was so nice being so close to the beach and having access to pools! We were walking distance to a few places for food and drinks and a short 1-2 mile drive to the south parts of Tybee Island. We also were only a 20 minute drive to Savannah! Inside the condo was pretty bare with only the basics, as I had read in other reviews. However, if we were missing something, the owner was very responsive and had the rental company deliver missing items quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and great vacation! Will be back :)

The property was basic and a little outdated. The tv was not a smart tv and only had about 5 channels to watch. The beach was definitely not a 3 minute walk. It took a little over 10 minutes on a sandy trail. The pool was a nice bonus after the walk back and the condo was clean. Just had no extras.

The property was great a few issues but resorts people were quick to fix it only issue for me is the tv has no sports channels and that’s a must this time of the year
