This property is in the perfect location! The condo was comfortable and roomy with almost everything you need. You will need to bring your own beach gear or there are chair & umbrella rentals at the beach. The onsite pools and restaurant were nice bonus amenities. We'll be back!

Family vacation

We all loved the stay and plan to come back. This wasn't a planned trip. We was in Daytona beach and decided to go to Tybee island because of Hurricane Milton

Great 2 Week Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and the management was lovely and acted quickly on a sink issue. However, the floors were very dirty and the bottoms of our feet were black on day one. The kitchen pantry was also filled with paint cans taking up valuable space we needed. The property was comfortably furnished and accomodating otherwise. A slight nitpick would be for the pool to be refreshed with cold water more regularly. It was very often as warm as the air outside and not as refreshing as it could have been.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Warning !!!!!!!! there is NO smoking on the beach and this property has NO signs advising you of that as you walk from the pool area to the beach. In fact they have no signs about any of the many beach rules. I received a citation from beach patrol for smoking a cigar.

My kids enjoyed the heated pool and swam for hours. The walk to the beach is super easy and the beach was not crowded at all. We loved the area we were in and it didn’t take us long to get to Savannah, about 15 mins. Parking was easy and elevator access was convenient. Condo was as pictured, decorated nice and the perfect size for our family. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. Bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen was clean minus some of the dishes. The gate code I was given was wrong but luckily someone at the pool let us in and gave us the right code. I’m sure that would have been straightened out if I would have had to ask the desk. The floor was pretty dirty when we arrived. My kids feet were black after about 5 minutes of taking their shoes off. The dishwasher did not work well, the dishes came out very dirty which is why I think some of the dishes in cabinets were dirty. The dryer took 2 hours per load to dry which was inconvenient with multiple families using it (yes we cleaned the lint trap). Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the floor could be cleaner!

Awesome place!

Great location, pool and bar area very updated and great place to hang out! Walk to the beach was easy and condo is located close to restaurants and shops.
